Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your service booking. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our team, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellation with 24-Hour Notice: Clients who wish to cancel their service booking must provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled service time. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total service fee paid. No Notice or Late Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation without providing at least 24 hours' notice, the service fee paid will be nonrefundable. This includes cancellations made on the day of the scheduled service or failure to show up for the appointment without prior notice. Rescheduling: Clients who wish to reschedule their service booking may do so without penalty, provided that they provide at least 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to availability and additional charges. Notice of Cancellation: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or phone call to our office. Please provide your booking details when submitting your request. This cancellation policy is designed to ensure that we can effectively manage our schedule and resources while providing flexibility to our clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
